Recommend it for families
My stay there was surprisingly great! The staff was really helpful, especially Rania from guest relations, ensuring everything from check-in to the check-out was smooth. The reception crew including Omar and Sarah were top-notch. Also, the pool area was nice and clean, I wasn't worried about safety at all, which is crucial when traveling with kids.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.
